Modern Grotesque LP Design
Modern Grotesque is the second full-length LP by the outfit Dreamwell, released digitally on February 26th, 2021. A large rectilinear wordmark adorns the front that encourages the viewer to tilt their head to comprehend it, as if viewing a real life grotesque.
Borrowing from 90's screamo and early 2010's post hardcore, the band formulates their influences into a sound of their own by mixing polish with chaos founded on a lyrical framework of death, redemption, and personal transformation.
